Payment Policy

All prices are quoted in AED, and are subject to change by the manufacturers at any time. If the price of the product becomes higher than shown on our website at the time of your order, we will advise you of that fact before supplying, allowing you the option to cancel.


Delivery Policy

Ships from within the UAE. Order will be dispatched in 4-5 working days. The only circumstance in which an item can be accepted for return is if the customer receives a damaged good. In case there is a damage in the goods supplied, please email us on BLISSCAREAE@GMAIL.COM or WhatsApp on +971 502966965 from Monday to Saturday between 9 am – 6 pm within 1 day of the receipt of the goods and we will address your concerns at the earliest. No other requests will be entertained aside from damage to goods.

Please make sure the following are intact when the damaged goods are returned:
• the price tags on the product should be intact.
• the product should be unworn, unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
• the item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Once we receive the product it will take 2-3 working days for us to do a quality check and then we will get in touch with you by email. You will get a refund of your money in case your case is genuine and approved. The money will be refunded within 7-10 days from receipt of the product at Bliss Natural.

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 working day of receipt of goods. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through your account and send the faulty goods back to us in 2 working days of receiving your order.


Refund Policy

Definition: giving the item the consumer purchased from the seller is referred to as a “return.” The consumer would only receive a replacement in each of the instances listed below, not a refund:
• the product was broken.
• the item was harmed during transport.
• it was missing one or more products. (clients must provide our support staff with the unpacking video.)
• received the incorrect item.
Only in the following situations will customers receive a return of their money:
• whenever a product is sold out or unavailable
• the company has stopped selling the item.
Before making a purchase, we advise the customer to read the listing. Bliss Natural pads /the seller shall not be
entitled to any return or refund in the event that the customer orders the incorrect item.
The following rules apply to this policy
• consumable products that have had their seals broken cannot be returned or reimbursed. On the list are items -sweat pads, panty liner, and sanitary pads.
• the consumer has 24 hours from the time of delivery to make a claim for any damaged or missing goods. Within seven working days of delivery, the consumer must submit visual proof to Bliss Natural after raising the request.
• customers should provide pictures of any damaged goods. Customers are required to upload an unpacking video as documentation in cases of missing goods.
• the client must file a complaint within 24 hours if the product has been marked as delivered but they have not received its
order. The following things must be included with any returns:
1. Unused and must be in their original state,
2. Including all tags and packaging;
3. Nothing should be damaged or removed.
4. If the consumer requests a return and the seller agrees, the client will only get the replacement after the merchandise has been
returned.
5. Only when the product has undergone a quality inspection by the professionals at Bliss Natural will a replacement be
processed.
In the following circumstances, we do not offer a replacement for a particular product once it has been delivered:
• size concern
• bought in error
• available at a lower cost
• late delivery of the item
• dislike the merchandise
