VEERAH Dindigul Biryani masala, All-in-one masala is a culinary paste that contains all the spices and ingredients mixed together, So we don't need to prepare the Biryani masala separately.

Ingredients:

  1. Veera Biryani Mix: 1
  2. Rice (Seeraga Samba / Basmati): 250 gms
  3. Chicken/Mutton/Vegetables: 250 gms
  4. Ghee:  25gms
  5. Water: 1:2 ratio of rice to water respectively

Note: Salt Added, for less spicy remove green chilly from the mix before cooking accordingly.

Method

1. Wash 250 grams of Seeraga Samba / Basmati rice and soak it for 30 Minutes.

2. Heat 25 Grams of Ghee in a Cooker Vessel and add 250 grams of Chicken / Mutton / Vegetables. Saute it for 2 minutes. Now, add 250 grams VEERAH Dindigul Biriyani Mix. Saught well for 7 Minutes.

3. Now add water quantity of 1:2 ratio of rice to water respectively. Close the cooker vessel and put weight on the lid. Wait for the Whistle. Note: Mutton 4 whistles / Chicken 2 whistles / Vegetables 1 whistle off the flame after whistles.

4. Finally open the cooker lid once the pressure has released naturally. Now add Soaked 250 Grams of Seeraga Samba / Basmati rice (Drain the water Before adding). On the flame stir gently till the water gets drained (semi-solid condition).

5. Reduce the flame to fully sim. Again, close the vessel along with the weight on the lid. Wait for 15 Minutes. off the flame. Set aside. After 10 minutes open the cooker. Delicious Dindigul Biriyani ready to serve.
