Indulge in a rich & creamy gravy just like your favorite restaurants with this Shahi Paneer spice mix
1. Cut 200g paneer/cottage cheese in small pieces and keep aside.
2. In a large saucepan, heat (3 tbsp) 40ml oil over medium heat and add 2 (100g) crushed tomatoes and 1 pack - 20g of Nimkish Shahi Paneer Masala. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until oil starts separating.
3. Turn off the gas and add 1 cup milk (300ml) and 50g beaten cream/malai. Mix well and turn on the gas. Continue stirring till the gravy boils. Simmer on medium heat until the gravy becomes thick.
4. Add paneer cubes and cover with lid. Let it simmer for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Before serving garnish shahi paneer with dry fruits and fresh coriander.
Tip: For sweet gravy add 1-2 tbsp (20g) tomato ketchup while adding cream.
