Spice up your paneer dish with this vibrant blend packed with vegetables for a flavor explosion
1. In a pan, heat (2 tbsp) 30ml oil and sauté 100g capsicum and 100g onion (cut lengthwise) for 2 minutes on high heat.
2. Remove the veggie from the kadai and add 4 (250g) crushed tomatoes, 30g Nimkish Kadai Paneer Masala and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until oil separates.
3. Pour 300ml milk (1 cup) and continue stirring till it boils.
4. Put 250g paneer cubes and veggies; cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or till the curry thickens and paneer is coated in it. Serve with naan or roti.
