Butter chicken is almost every non-veg food lover’s favourite dish. Now you can cook delicious restaurant-style creamy and rich butter chicken in your own kitchen with Nimkish Butter Chicken Spice Mix. 1. Make shallow diagonal cuts on 500g chicken. Marinate it with 40ml oil (3 tbsp) and 1 pack - 30g Nimkish Butter Chicken Masala. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
2. Heat 40ml oil (3 tbsp) in a large pan and add marinated chicken pieces and sauté on medium heat until tender. Put 200g crushed tomatoes (3 pcs) and sauté until oil separates.
3. Add 225ml milk (3/4th cup), 100g cream and keep on stirring on high heat till it boils. Close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes or till curry is thick. Garnish with fresh coriander.
Tip: For sweeter curry add 30g (2 tbsp) tomato ketchup while adding cream & milk.
