Savor the deep flavors of slow-cooked mutton with this authentic Bhuna Ghost spice mix
1. To 1 kg meat pieces (any kind of meat), rub 50g Nimkish Bhuna Gosht Masala with 55ml oil (4 tbsp), 100g (6 tbsp) yogurt (plain curd) and 200g crushed tomatoes (3 pcs).
2. In a kadai/pan, heat 55ml oil (4 tbsp) and add the meat pieces with 150ml (half cup) water. Cook on low heat until water dries and meat is tender. Garnish with butter, fresh coriander & onion rings.
For Pressure Cooker - For faster cooking, use pressure cooker. Heat 55 ml oil, add the meat and cook until first whistle on high heat. Once the pressure is released, open the lid and sauté the meat on medium heat until oil separates and meat is tender.
FOR MILD FLAVOUR USE LESS SPICE MIX - 40g approx.
